  It looks to me that instead of embracing the boom and using it as an opportunity, NIMBYs and anti investment groups are hellbent on stopping growth and let things decay away thinking they will have less inconvenience and less taxes

  It is a tragedy that counties see this influx of people only in economic terms and as an opportunity for profit.

  Not the brightest of lots. The people they vote for are all in the developers pockets and will sell their precious monoculture villages out. Damn Okies.
