  "Code" isn't going anywhere, but the language people write in may change. Just like how written language will always exist, but people may communicate using other means in the future.

  There's never going to stop being a need to describe programs precisely, which "no-code" never offers by design. They're all abstraction layers at the end of the day for pushing electrons around a circuit.
