Ask HN: B2B CRM for Early Startups?

There are a lot of CRM options out there. Looking to track inbox, calls, text, appointments and basic conversion tracking. Don't want to spend many hours on setup or pay SalesForce prices.

What have you used? What works decently for 1-2 cofounders doing b2b sales?
