  It's a new site and not indexed by any of the major SEO tools. It's also targeting a lot of long-tail keywords which most people typically won't bother writing about. They have like 20-50 monthly searches and are easy to rank for.

  The prompts and the app he is using to generate the posts is pretty bad though, as most phrases are repetitive, and I would expect Bing/DDG will nuke it out of this stratosphere, eventually. No chance this gets past something like Google either.
