  I don't believe this is for _ad_ revenue share, but for subscription revenue, ie, if you subscribe to a 'creator' they get paid for that (think OnlyFans, Twitch, etc...)

  Caveat:

  > until payout exceeds $100k, then 10%. First 12 months is still free for all.
