    I know its pedantic (we're on hacker news), but you cant treat latitude and longitude as vectors. I know its just for an analogy but enough people misunderstand lat and long already lol

    So sad, it seemed like such a good article, and then the inevitable, completely evidence-free and wishfully supernatural assertion:
