  Lol. Magazine started by Nixon and "the godfather of neoconservatism" has problems with someone other than the US deploying nukes (even if they're only tacnukes.)

  To be sure, any deployment of any nukes is potentially destabilizing, but the linked article goes out of its way to avoid offering constructive propositions or to convey a realistic model of Pakistani motivations (or Indian, for that matter.)
