    > ""counts 3 and 4," both regarding a possible antitrust injury, were dismissed "with prejudice," meaning they cannot be brought again. The other counts were dismissed for lack of jurisdiction but "without prejudice," meaning that the court dismissed federal claims and declined to hear state claims. This leaves the door open for the case to be re-filed in a state court"

Niemann has admitted to using an engine in some online chess matches when he was a teenager. A disturbing amount of internet people seem to believe this is enough cause to indefinitely ostracize him from society, like when there is an internet video of someone who did a negligently bad parking job and the comment section becomes frenzied and piles on trying to one-up each other with their escalating calls for punishment severity as the mob mentality takes hold.

A significant amount of people believe that if Magnus Carlsen accuses Niemann of cheating in a high profile over-the-board tournament game with no other evidence than Carlsen's suspicion, then this accusation is valid simply because of Niemann's admitted past transgressions in other contexts.
