Why is it so hard to catch a fly?

  In essence, they're a faeces lickin' insect which has evolved to the extreme in efficiency at not being caught dead lickin' faeces.

  The sheer speed in which the information from their sensors travels and is then put into action is astonishing, really, and the video is enjoyable.
