Zammad: An open source helpdesk/customer support system

    Zammad's approach to ticket tracking is very similar to OTRS, but with much more sophisticated features and UI.

    I've worked with 4 other solutions professionally in IT, but since I discovered Zammad around 2017, I've installed it for all kinds of projects, be it in a startup, a large infrastructure department, an import-export company or a watchmaker's workshop.

    I think it is as important in any business as project management or team communication tools, and I was surprised that there was so little discussion about it here.
