This is the problem with something like the DMCA people use it all the time to force take downs of things but part of the DMCA notices is you are issuing them in good faith. Since whatever contractor they had enforcing this is just firing them off at random apparently targeting the company that hired them this is absolute proof none of these DMCA notices were issued in good faith. Where is the criminal prosecution for this kind of action.
