I'm the author of the HLS Downloader extension (reached 180,000 weekly active users, 1.3k stars), and 180 forks).

Over the past few years, I've noticed many people forking my repository, so I thought creating a template for people interested in the same architecture would be helpful.

The template is still "in beta mode," so any feedback (or support) will be helpful.
