  Technically you can still post Substack links, but they can't be liked, retweeted, or replied to.

  So Twitter starts "disabling" URL forwarding links to Substack months ago.

  And Substack announced Notes ... three days ago.

  It is indeed. I had not even heard of notes until Space Karen disabled substack links. I imagine I am not alone.
