  They were down for nearly 4 hours last night while their entire AS 5089 was unreachable [0] [1]. Their Twitter was silent during that time.

  Now it's within business hours so their Twitter is replying to everyone with the same Tweet using the passive voice to describe their incident [2].

  Nobody is expecting a post-mortem, but the @CloudflareRadar account asked them for one, so maybe we'll get it eventually.
