Terry Davis Was Right

The thing Terry Davis was right about was his analogy on what an OS is to the user. Whichever one you daily drive is how you live life:

         Linux
         Semi truck
This will never be a consumer product because it was never designed to be. You're deluded if you think it is.

         Windows
         Car
Has user safety (he calls it airbags), great for daily users.

         TempleOS
         Motorcycle
Small footprint. No safety. If you lean on it wrong, you crash, so don't do that. Great fun as a hobby OS but can still get tasks done for you.
