The biggest problem with Don Norman appears -- from the article -- to be that he thinks for himself and won't be bullied by the outrage arbiters of the left. Norman came of age in an era when freedom of thought and freedom of speech meant something. An old joke is: "I could tell you [some matter of secrecy], but I would have to kill you." A true statement that many of us could say to the censors is: "I could say that, but I would be lying."
