  "Interleaving. Practice multiple related yet different skills/concepts simultaneously."

  That isn't mentioned as frequently as the others, but it's a great strategy.

  I've always found this subject interesting. I love the "learning how to learn" course on coursera (and I think Udemy). Does anyone know if there is information that would apply to an ADHD brain?
