YC has been gracious enough to share publicly their standard YC Template Sales Agreement[0]. But because it's in Microsoft Word format, it was hard to integrate into our sales process and CRM.

So we turned all the decision points and notes in that document into an API that we wired up to our customer development pipeline so we could generate the doc and get it e-signed in one step.
