I'm stuck in some hellish Etsy support for 3 weeks. Not sure where else to escalate this. Can someone help me get unstuck?

Old bank account was already verified long time ago, now it’s closed. Contacted two different Etsy support people to explain to the situation, instead of letting me input new bank account information now it’s stuck at Plaid verifying my OLD CLOSED bank account, and the edit option is disabled.
