Fastly looks like it's down. Our monitoring is seeing this across many sites, and their own status page is down: https://docs.fastly.com/en/guides/fastlys-service-status

For me (Europe),
https://www.fastlystatus.com/ (linked from the link you shared) works and reports no issue. Reddit (listed as one of the victims) also works. So the outage is probably not global.
