The only people I have seen make an attempt at moving on were already doing so for fear of censorship and were big enough to fund creating their own platform and even then most of those people are still in a hybrid model of Youtube in addition to their platform. I suspect this gives them some amount of leverage with the human moderators. My understanding is that really big Youtube channels are flagged to first be reviewed by a human rather than machine learning taking the first actions.
What realistic alternatives do people have that depend on the ad revenue from Youtube? By realistic I mean alternatives that would bring in a similar amount of revenue.
