Ask HN: Are you facing mental exhaustion? What changes in lifestyle helped you?

    * Quitting daily/consistent Marijuana smoking. It's a wonderful substance but consistent usage will absolutely affect your sleep and leave you groggy the next day.

    * Weight lifting 5 times a week.

    * Paul Stamets microdose stack (3 days on, 2 days off).

    * Big mushroom trip once a month to reset preconceived notions, negative patterns.

    * While Product and Project management set silly deadlines, I still work at my daily pace and forget they exist. If we miss the deadline so what? Hitting it doesn't affect if I keep my job or not (large corporation).

    Mental or emotional? Mental tiredness happens, but is usually recovered after a night sleep, being related with concentration and complexity handling

    Emotional tiredness is much more difficult. It means we have a bad feeling that keeps un down and zaps energy.

    The lifestyle change for handling emotional tiredness is diverse

    But.. and its big but Sometimes one needs to do emotional work, to find out the reasons why it happens
