Contabo Duesseldorf Outage

  There's been very little communication from Contabo, but it seems there's an outage at their Duesseldorf DC (https://twitter.com/ContaboCom/status/1592536281170333697).

  Status suggests 04:03pm (UTC+1), however my alerting was triggered at 11:29 GMT, 4h and counting with 100% packet loss and unable to restart instances.
