  I've been looking for good explanations to talk about design with non designer for over a decade. And I think I've discovered an explanation that helps make discussions specific. But I really need peer-review, so please give me some good arguments:

  Does this explanation make sense? Or am I missing something? Do the examples illustrate the idea, or are they vague?
