Ask HN: Anyone else unable to access photos and street view on Google Maps?

I cannot seem to get Google Maps street view or photos of places loading on any of my devices right now. I've tried multiple connections, with and without ad blockers, incognito, browser and Android app. A friend in another state says she's having the same issue.

Curious if anyone else is seeing the same issue?

    Edit: It's back!

    I'm having the same issue. I thought they maybe removed the feature on Google Maps app for Android, so I sent feedback via the app.

    Located in USA, using a USA VPN endpoint, trying to look at USA places.

    Pictures do show up in reviews, but there is no button to see all of the pictures.

    In the east coast, tried several browsers and I cannot get Street View to work.

    Can't drag the little guy onto a street -- just bounces back.

    Street view is not working in India: a pop-up says "Cannot reach server."

    Google Maps on IOS.

    Same here.

    Looks like someone at Google is having a very intense Sunday evening (or Monday morning)

    Same thing here. Can't get street view from the Earth application either.

    I can't disable Labels on the satellite layer either.
