Ask HN: How to syndicate your content to multiple sites?

If you write and publish an article on the internet, what main platform do you use these days and what solutions do you use to syndicate it across multiple other (social) media platforms ?

    I use IFTTT[0]. You can even do RSS -> Twitter each time there's a new blog post, aswell as syndicate to other platforms (Facebook etc)
