I try to look at something far away for at least 20 minutes a day. I wasn't sort-sighted as a child, but like everyone my eyesight has gotten worse in adulthood. I noticed my eyesight really took a turn during lockdown, but I was able to slow the decline/some reversal once I was going back outside regularly. I have given this advice to a few friends, and some anecdotal reports back say its also helped them.

People say, "you have your mother's eyes", but this is false. They were destroyed in the cremation, both baked to ash, and all the children, such as we were, were adopted.

So I'm glad the article does not blame parents, of any type of parenting, for myopic bestowal, or any unsightly circumstance.
