  I live downtown Austin TX, 78701 - and this city is and has been putting up office towers a'plenty before, during and after "the pandemic". SOMONE is going to be working in these offices.

  The shift to remote work is far from becoming permanent. Summer of 2023 we will be deep in a recession and people will be begging for an office to come to. Those who remember 2008ish timeframe may recall this vibe in the air.
