Ask HN: How to Get Good at PPC?

I'd like to get good at PPC ads to help get traffic and conversions to my app.

Some people can seemingly sell anything via paid ads. I take it they find gaps in the data?

Are there any tools, books, courses etc that can help someone get good at PPC?
