My wife lost access to her facebook account. She received a notification in Facebook to re-enter password and date of birth as her account was not secure. Once submitted, a few seconds later she lost access to account. Then some 10 minutes later she got a message that her account was posting videos which had been reported and thus her account was being blocked. We have tried using "Report compromised account" feature and provided with phone number/driver's license but we cannot gain back control.
Anyone who can suggest how to block this account and gain back control as we also have a credit card on file added to this account.
Any suggestion on how to reach out to FB to gain control.
