I've tried Squad for 10 days, "I will commit to reading at least 15 pages of a business book daily before I commute or before I go to bed" This commitment was mine in fact xD

I had to rest for a day breaking my daily commitment but I've checked in 9 days and achieving goal make me feel good and eventually help me to achieve even more than the very basic commitment. I hope many people get the similar experience using squad or not using squad.

Hi, I'm Junu, founder/designer of Squad— a solution that helps people more effectively make progress on their goals & daily habits (https://www.joinsquad.co).

We have been running 10-day accountability challenges with small groups of people. After joining their first challenge, over 40% of people have rejoined so far. And over 85% have checked-in daily and finished until the end of the 10 days.

Below are some examples of daily commitments that members have made great progress on in a previous Squad challenge:

"I will commit to reading at least 15 pages of a business book daily before I commute or before I go to bed"

"I will write at least 150 words for 30 minutes after my morning run."

"I will write 500 words every day for a paper I need to hand in mid-August at 6 pm BST."

The next Squad challenge start next Tuesday August 9 @ 12pm GMT. You can also sign up here - https://forms.gle/EkXaFUFgdnuL9vSZ8
