    When I grew up and the human growth hormone started tapering off, I started having to work to keep my weight down. Nothing shocked me more than realize just how little exercise burns calories wise. I mean "Why bother?!"

    I kept doing it anyways, but it wasn't until later that I learned the key to keeping weight off was getting enough sleep and reducing stress. Both of which are helped immensely by getting enough exercise. There is nothing worse for health than sitting in front of a computer all day and getting stressed out about it.
