Ask HN: How to attract beta users for my productivity SaaS?

by zhangruinan on 7/21/22, 3:10 AM with 4 comments

I started as a side project, and after 6 months of development, I feel my baby is ready for some beta users. Coming from an engineering background, I had no experience in marketing. I am not looking for a large number of users, only maybe 100 for testing and feedback purposes.

I started with the idea of managing all contents and tools better (into a single contextual workspace). Here is the website for more details: https://www.superusapp.com/

"only" 100 users for testing and feedback? I'd aim for 10 and see if you can achieve that first... it's not that easy to get people to try something, especially if it involves creating an account or installing something.

Some feedback from me, your website is very unclear with regards to what your service actually does.

Sorry if it seems naive I'm only 19 and thought of this.
