This really is a great distillation of the web when I first got online, from the cheesy gifs to the marquee elements, and the neon colors, marking links as "NEW" or "HOT", and "This site is best viewed with Netscape." The site is actually self hosting a zip file of Netscape 4.7.2! It's a real fossil for sure.
