All I want to do is see the ToC. Apparently that is discouraged as before I see the bottom of it a popover obscures the screen. Definitely not buying a book I cannot even see the ToC for, but I have to imagine this is an error in the site rather than intentional, and so I post this here for the authors to review (since they have commented).
