  There is good evidence that demodex are one of the causes of rosacea, so they are likely not as beneficial or benign as the article makes out.

  Some dermatologists are prescribing ivermectin cream (yes, the "horse paste" antiparasitic that reached infamy because of covid) for this reason, and are having really good results with it.
