Ask HN: Does anyone know if YC has sent out letters for the 2022 batch?

Email notifying all applicants was supposed to arrive latest 19th May. I know a candidate who was accepted, but I haven't gotten an acceptance/rejection letter and neither has a friend who applied.

Does anyone know the current status ?

    Just came today. Should be by 9pm PST.

    I did get a chuckle out of this, though.

    The answer to your question, "Does anyone know the current status ?", is obviously "YES". Most of us do not know what the answer is, but someone does.

    Precision in asking questions is often helpful in eliciting information.
