Federal Judge throws out mask mandate for public transport in the US

    Presumably, she would rule the same if the case were that the person sitting next to me on public transport actually had COVID or some other dreaded disease and wasn't wearing a mask and that it was otherwise proven that his or her failure to do so had endangered my health—or even worse, his or her actions of not wearing a mask whilst knowing that he or she was infected with COVID would actually cause me illness and bad health.

    No doubt the judge would also rule similarly if the scenario were essentially the same but with the difference that I was suing the bus company because I was forced to alight from the bus and had to walk - the suit being over the fact that there was no safe public transport available for me to catch.
