GitHub suspends accounts of Russian devs at sanctioned companies

    It's possible to archive a GitHub repo so that no changes can be made, although it can still be downloaded. I think that's better than just removing people's repos, which looks like vandalism to me.

    What Russia is doing in Ukraine is hideous, and if someone could disable all the computers in the Russian military, I would welcome that. But just working for a Russian company does not make someone a combatant.
