Is it only me that noticed errors in AWS billing? Now I don’t want to be super suspicious but searching the internet gives almost nothing, searching HN same nothing, and a comment about this same topic a few hours ago was marked [flagged] minutes after publishing… any thoughts by the community of Cloud Services users here?

Never heard about any errors in AWS billing but it's possible. Contact AWS support and they will refund you.
