  I'd like it if there was a rundown of fees somewhere. Say I do this with $1000 and then buy some gift cards, how much am I likely to be left with?

  Also, I'm not familiar with prepaid credit cards, or gift cards really, do you need an address and or ID to use them, or can you somehow buy and use them anonymously for nontrivial things?

  Just no, the most wise and popular way to spend some crypto is to buy something you can not buy without crypto. BTW an idea and realisation of the website is a peace of beauty IMO.
