  Regarding finding solid jobs there might be some alternatives in certain niches, increasing the signal-to-noise ratio if you're looking for a job (or talent) in one of these, for example:

  https://ai-jobs.net - for positions in the AI/ML/Data Science space

  https://infosec-jobs.com - exclusively for Cyber Security/InfoSec folks

  https://devops-jobs.net - a DevOps-only jobboard

  https://freshremote.work - provides lots of remote vacancies in all kinds of areas (tech & non-tech)

  We also run a few IT-dedicated job boards[1] which include:

  - mandatory salary information (with real brackets and no $1 - $1M)

  - our own engineering test (do they have proper CI/CD, write tests, have QAs, etc.)
