In 2021, Colorado passed a law called the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act that require all businesses to post salary ranges for every job posting. This applies to EVERY remote job that might be taken by a Coloradan. If you are hiring remote workers, are you in compliance? Are you ignoring it until someone complains? Have you never heard of it?
