With an estimated 6% annual inflation in the US I'm wondering how tech companies tend to handle this. What are the folks here seeing?

Fot most tech jobs, I really don't think cost of living is a driver of wages. An inflation adjustment might make sense for a union or low skill job, supply and demand is what drives tech salaries.
