Not everyone has to be Steve Jobs. Millions of people are strong individual contributors who have very lucrative careers in tech.

Like a Belicheck says: Do Your Job. If the football holder does nothing but catch the ball and set it up correctly for the kicker every time, the team is going to succeed, rather than an 80% success rate with that 1% “above and beyond” play. Do Your Job and do it well. You’ll evolve from there.

Go for long walks in nature and let your mind wander. If you don’t read a lot then start reading more. Allow yourself to get bored and then see where your mind takes you (instead of reaching for your phone).

You’re probably a lot more creative then you think you are you just need to nurture it a bit.

Then copy ideas and make a competitor that competes on price. That takes no creativity and all execution.

My bet is you’re overworking yourself. Not necessarily just in work - you may be cramming too much into time you consider non-work as well.

If you give yourself true slack, and stimulate yourself during that slack (go for walks!), you’ll slowly uncover ideas.

I can't think of a tech job that can have insane execution but 0 creativity.

What you described sounds very good for call center.

Find a partner that can be the creative one. Else, copy someone else and beat them through execution.

You can use GPT-3 for ideas if you are desperate. But there also are some idea newsletters.

    Practice. Creativity can be learned.

    Partner with people that are.
