  "I think it's bizarre and very funny, this poor lady has been changed over into a vehicle rather than a person overnight" she said.

  Won't be so funny when (not if) the humans are taken out of the prosecution processing, the "offender" automatically fined or jailed for non-payment.

  Plot twist: They won't cancel the fine since the system has spoken and so they cannot be sure who is right.
