A good starting point would be to follow the Mediterranean diet food choices. There's plenty of evidence that it increases longevity. https://edition.cnn.com/2020/02/17/health/mediterranean-diet...

Not doing this now, but in the past I've not used any caffeinated products, unless I know I will need it for an upcoming activity.

This allows me to gain the full benefit and avoid building a tolerance.

What does “peak performance” mean? Doesn’t that depend on what you perform?

I always perform at the “peak” I am capable of at the time. I don’t attempt to “control” my physiology, not sure what that even means.

Sleep: having a fixed bedtime that enables me to wake up without an alarm.

Diet: Avoiding bread and dairy, as well as sugary stuff like soft drinks.

Exercize: Gym 3 or 4 times/week, plus climbing once or twice a week.
