  Has anyone from Take-Two at any point ...you know, talked human-to-human to the repo authors?

  I'm sure they prefer not paying lawyers to paying lawyers.

  I'm sure the authors would prefer not getting sued to getting sued.

  What are the chances that 2 emails consisting of

  "OK so Github sided with you, but be advised that we are probably going to file an actual lawsuit for realsies now"

  "Alright we'll actually take it down for good then"

  would have made Take-Two look like less of a bunch of assholes here.
