I like how Discord has voice and video chat just a click away and which works better to my view - Slack is pretty slow so it doesn't work well for pop-in voice and video.

So Discord is perfect, except it doesn't have features needed for business - access controls, data storage policy, etc.

Is there something that works as well as Discord for voide and video, but with business features?
