  I like the idea of the tech radar but Thoughtworks' one just leaves me unclear in what direction things are moving and what is important.

  Seems strangely noisy. Maybe it is too focused on individual new tehcnologies: Kafka API without Kafka, NATS, Opstrace, Pulumi, Redpanda ... not really summarizing or visualizing what all these distinct technologies are about.
